Major Roles
1. Freelancer: This role is ideal for professionals looking to offer their services. As a freelancer, you can share your portfolio, bid on projects, submit proposals, and connect with potential clients on Ondred. Think of it as a space to showcase your skills and expertise and build your career.
2. Employer: If you’re here to find professionals, this role allows you to post projects and browse available freelancers for your needs. Employers can purchase services directly from freelancers, post job listings, and invite bids from professionals with the skills required for their projects.
Minor Roles
Once you’ve created an account with a major role, you can add one of these Minor Roles to expand your opportunities:
1. Vendor: List and sell building materials directly on Ondred, giving clients access to quality products for their projects.
2. Architect: Share architectural plans or offer services to design beautiful, functional spaces.
3. Real Estate Agent: List and sell properties, connecting with customers who want to buy, rent, or invest.
2. How Ondred Role Flexibility Works
When creating your first account on Ondred, you’ll start by selecting either the Freelancer or Employer role. But here’s the beauty of Ondred’s role system: you’re not limited to a single path. You can switch between the Freelancer and Employer roles as your needs evolve, giving you maximum flexibility in your career and real estate journey.
Moreover, each major role can accommodate one minor role. So, if you’re a Freelancer, you can also choose to be a Vendor, Architect, or Real Estate Agent. This means that within one account, you can hold up to four roles in total (two major roles and two minor roles). The flexibility to change and expand your roles offers incredible opportunities to maximize your reach and grow your influence on the platform.
