This step is critical because you cannot apply for projects or jobs without a complete profile. A strong, well-filled profile increases your chances of securing jobs and connecting with clients.

1. Dashboard

Your dashboard is the central hub where you can manage everything related to your freelance activities. From tracking your submitted proposals and managing services to reviewing payments and updates, this section keeps you organized and efficient.

2. My Services

This section showcases the freelance gigs you’ve created. You can edit, update, or manage these services to ensure they appeal to potential employers. Keep your services fresh, well-detailed, and aligned with current industry demands to stand out.

3. Proposal

Monitor all the proposals you’ve sent for various jobs and projects. This section allows you to see their statuses (e.g., pending, accepted, or rejected) and gives you the opportunity to follow up on any pending applications.

4. Jobs Applied

Here, you can view and track all the jobs you’ve applied for. Use this section to monitor your progress, keep tabs on application deadlines, and stay organized as you explore new opportunities.

5. Bought Services

Jobs Alert is where you manage alerts for specific job categories, skills, or industries you’re interested in. By setting alerts, you’ll receive notifications when relevant opportunities become available, ensuring you never miss out.

6. Favorite

This section allows you to save jobs, employers, or projects you find interesting or would like to revisit later. It’s an easy way to keep track of potential collaborations or opportunities.

7. Meetings

Meetings provide a space to organize discussions with employers regarding projects or jobs you’ve secured. This section lets you schedule, track, and manage your appointments to stay on top of commitments and maintain professional communication.

8. Messages

In this section, you can communicate directly with employers who have purchased your services. Use it to clarify project details, discuss timelines, and ensure a smooth working relationship. Keeping messages professional and concise can help you build strong client connections.

9. Statement

Track all your earnings and payout history in the Statement section. Here, you’ll find records of payments made, the dates, and other relevant details. This helps you maintain transparency and keep a clear overview of your income.

10. Service Submission

This section allows you to submit new services or gigs to showcase your expertise. Use it to provide detailed descriptions, set competitive pricing, and outline delivery timelines. The more comprehensive and professional your submissions, the better they’ll appeal to potential clients.

11. Service Addon

Enhance your services by offering paid add-ons through this feature. Use the Service Addon section to create extras like expedited delivery or premium support, giving employers the flexibility to choose what best suits their needs.

12. Verify

The Verify feature lets you validate your identity and account information. Verified profiles are more likely to gain trust from employers and stand out among competitors, giving you an edge in securing jobs.

13. Profile

Your profile is one of the most important parts of your freelancer journey. Ensure you update it with accurate information, including your CV, work experience, and any certifications. A complete profile is required to apply for jobs or projects and significantly boosts your chances of getting noticed by employers.

14. Leave Platform

If you decide to leave the platform, you can use this feature to permanently delete your profile and associated data. Please note that this action is irreversible, so consider carefully before proceeding.

15. Change Password

This section lets you update your password to keep your account secure. Use a strong password and update it regularly to protect your personal information and earnings.
