Service Provider Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ondred! This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the activities of all Service Providers on the Ondred platform. By registering as a Service Provider, you agree to comply with this policy, which is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient marketplace for all participants.
2. Account Registration and Maintenance
- a. Eligibility: To become a Service Provider on Ondred, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- b. Registration: All Service Providers must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information. This includes business details, certifications, and any other relevant documents as required by Ondred.
- c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility.
3. Responsibilities of Service Providers
- a. Compliance: All Service Providers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those specific to real estate, architecture, construction, and related services.
- b. Quality of Service: Service Providers are expected to deliver high-quality services and products as advertised on the Ondred platform. Misrepresentation or failure to meet agreed-upon standards may result in penalties, including account suspension.
- c. Communication: Clear and timely communication with clients is essential. Service Providers must respond promptly to inquiries, provide updates on projects, and address any issues that may arise.
4. Listings and Content
- a. Accuracy: All listings, descriptions, and images provided by Service Providers must be accurate and truthful. Misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- b. Prohibited Content: Service Providers must not upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- c. Ownership of Content: By posting content on Ondred, Service Providers grant Ondred a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for promotional and operational purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
Service Providers are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- a. Fraudulent Transactions: Any attempt to manipulate or deceive clients, including the use of fake reviews, is strictly forbidden.
- b. Off-Platform Transactions: Conducting transactions outside of the Ondred platform to avoid commission fees is prohibited.
- c. Unfair Competition: Service Providers must not engage in practices that unfairly disadvantage other participants, such as false advertising or poaching clients.
6. Fees and Commission Structure
- a. Listing Fees: Ondred does not charge a fee for listing services or products on the platform. However, this may be subject to change with prior notice to Service Providers.
- b. Commission: Ondred charges a commission on all successful sales or completed services. The commission rate vary based on the type of service or product offered and can be found on the commission rate page.
- c. Payouts: Service Providers will receive payouts for completed transactions after deducting the applicable commission. Payout schedules and methods will be specified in your account settings.
7. Dispute Resolution
- a. Client Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a Service Provider and a client, Ondred will mediate to reach a resolution. Service Providers are expected to cooperate fully in this process.
- b. Ondred Disputes: Any disputes between a Service Provider and Ondred regarding the platform’s policies, fees, or other matters should be addressed through Ondred’s customer support.
8. Termination and Suspension
- a. Termination by Service Provider: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process. However, you remain responsible for fulfilling any ongoing obligations to clients.
- b. Suspension by Ondred: Ondred reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any Service Provider who violates this policy or engages in conduct that harms the platform’s reputation or integrity.
9. Amendments to this Policy
Ondred may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or legal requirements. Service Providers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
